Out of the 3 elements of effective communication, 55% belongs to body language based on Prof. Mehrabian’s studies.

Body language includes your hand gestures, facial expressions, eye contact, stance, and movement.

Body language speaks loud, sometimes even louder than words.

To excel at speaking and communicating, you need to look closely at each of these elements.
